Datagest was founded in 1989 by Mauro Bellino and Enrico Taccetti and since then it has been operating in the field of optical inspection of metal and plastic parts for screws, bolts, turnings, rollers, mechanical small parts in general.
Initially Datagest only dealt with electronics, optics and software but already in the early years the need was felt to satisfy customer requests regarding the search for a single interlocutor for optronics and mechanics.
So we moved on to the design and production of complete systems to be supplied turnkey to manufacturers.
In 2017, with the advent of the new generation and the increase in workload, the company moved to a new location, thus allowing even complex systems to be completely integrated and tested in a single site.
Our customers operate above all in the sector of screws, turning and the production of rollers, in Italy and Europe; since 2019 we have started to supply systems also in the United States.
The experience gained in more than 35 years allows us to offer complete, stable and robust technical solutions not only on standard machines but also on custom applications.
The main features of the systems are simplicity of use on line, operating speed and measurement repeatability. The control and measurement software is constantly updated according to customer requests.
All 100% sorting systems allow batch and packaging management.
They also provide for remote assistance and a customer LAN interface (also wifi) for integration according to the dictates of Industry 4.0, with possible remote support in augmented reality
We also carry out retrofit systems on the customer’s existing mechanics by installing our standard optronics and software.
